TORI AMOS SHAKES THE RAFTERS AT NEW YORK SHOWCASE

Atlantic recording artist Tori Amos recently gave a special showcase performance at New York City's BMG Studios. The SRO event was attended by label & WEA staffers, music industry personnel, retailers, and members of the print and electronic media. Tori's ovation-gathering performance was part of an extensive series of New York promotional activities in support of her debut solo album, "LITTLE EARTHQUAKES."

The album's first single, "Silent All These Years," is already garnering airplay at AOR, CHR, and Alternative radio outlets nationwide. The companion clip is a "Breakthrough Video" on MTV, and is in 5-star rotation on VH-1. "LITTLE EARTHQUAKES" has generated major press coverage and strong initial retail activity. Ms. Amos also recently visited Los Angeles and Boston, where she gave acclaimed showcase performances.
